I embrace diversity and I am always trying to learn new things. I get bored quite easily if I don't do stuff I love. Therefore I am trying to do things I love as often as possible :D Also, I value authenticity and I think it is the most important thing to be yourself, but also tolerate and respect others the way they are. Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I just love meeting new people and learn about their culture or beliefs. I think the best way to get to know new places is by hanging out with people who already know the place and just follow the flow. I have been travelling a lot and for me, it is not so much about famous landmarks.. I enjoy it way more to get to know the daily life and places where locals spend their time. Also, I think sharing is caring. And I feel like the world still needs a lot more tolerance and I can only overcome insecurities by leaving my comfort zone and making new acquaintances :)

Interessen

I love music! I've been in a choir when I was younger and I have a friend who plays the guitar (I have very poor ukulele skills) and when we hang out, sometimes we make music together. Also, I have been playing wheelchair basketball on a professional level when I was in the US (before I went there too :D). I had a ski accident when I was 13 and since then, I cannot walk anymore so I had to stop being lazy and move a bit in order to build some muscles :D

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I LOVE Julia Stone, the Arctic Monkeys, the Alabama Shakes, the Divine Comedy, and so many more great musicians.. I love the movies "A single Man", "Le Hérisson", "Pride and Prejudice" and even tho it isn't really a movie, I love Gilmore Girls :D When I was a bit younger I've been binge watching it .. and books such as "Ensemble C'est Tout", "Und Nietzsche weinte", and good old Harry Potter. I still read it when I'm feeling low ;)
