About Me
ABOUT ME
I've been known by my friends as a free spirit. I can have a conversation with just about anyone as I know a little about a lot of stuff. I'm a jack of all trades and love the outdoors. Even though I'm into some crazy sports I'm a very mellow laid back guy. People know that I can fix things and one person even has said on numerous occasions "Brian can fix anything". This isn't true but there isn't much that I've encountered that I can't fix. I've been a lifeguard, stairbuilder, roofer, painter, helicopter mechanic, and now I'm an engineer for a medical device company and love my job as well as the people I work with. I know how to adapt well in social environments although I really enjoy quiet places more than bars or parties.
Interests
I am a big wave surfer and hope to catch the largest wave ever paddled into someday. I also like to sail, dirtbike, hike, and snowboard. I play multiple instruments including drums, bass, guitar, didgeridoo, and piano. I dig on animals whether it be dogs or cats, as long as they are friendly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I've probably done is paddle out at Mavericks (one of the biggest waves in the world) on arguably the biggest day ever (40') and caught 2 waves. I almost died that day but I'm still here to tell the tale and there is actually proof on youtube;). I've surfed next to humpback whale that stared me in the eye, which is probably the 2nd most amazing things I've experienced. There are many more stories but you'll have to meet me to find out more...
