ABOUT ME

Hey, I am Stine.
I am 20 years old and right now I am traveling together with my friend, Emil. We have been volunteers for 3 month in Tanzania, with have been a great experience for us. I come from Denmark, where I have been living my whole life. At home I just finished high school, where I studied social science and language. I have a great interest in politics, which is why i studied social science.
I have been swimming a lot when I was younger, but now I only swim a little but I teach a lot of different teams both kids and adults, which I love. it is awesome to teach something I love so much.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no experience with couchsurfing, but I have heard about a lot of good experiences from my friends who have tried it.

Interests

I have a great interest in politics. I go to debates at home with different political groups so I am updated about the different groups.
When I was younger I swam a lot. Now I do not have the time for that, but i teach different teams. I really love to teach something I love so much. Teaching gives me a lot, because the kids always are so happy, and it is my job that they have a good time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am very interested in historical books and movies. It is almost any kind of history. My favorite movie is "Remember the Titans" and my favorite books is by an author called Sarah Blaedel, from Denmark. I listen to at lot of danish music, as for instance DAD, AURA, ALPHABEAT. But also the Australian group SIA is one of my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been a lot of fantastic places! I have seen the national park KRK in Croatia, but recently I have been to Gombe Stream National Park naer Kigoma in Tanzania where I saw Chimpanzees, that was FANTASTIC.
