To get my feet on the ground in Los Angeles

ABOUT ME

I'm currently counting down the time for me to make my move from my home state to the big world of Los Angeles. I'm trying to get my foot in the door with a job and internship in the film industry. I am just trying to find a career doing what I love. I'm into anything involving film and music and on the side I like to cycle. I'll be looking for group rides once I move out there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never used this sight, but I have crashed with other friends in other states. My best one was meeting a nice Italian who let us stay at his place for a couple of nights when we were stranded in Venice

Film, music, art, cycling, hanging out, going out to clubs, putting my feet up and veggin out, seeing the sights, walking the dog(currently dogless though) meeting new people

Music, Movies, and Books

currently, I really enjoyed watching Alexander, The Machinist, Kung Fu Hustle, and A Very Long Engagement. Ones I can watch repeatedly - Eternal Sunshine, Wet Hot American Summer, Laurel Canyon, to name a few. I love all kinds of music except for crappy music, currently listening to The Organ, Kings of Convenience, Earlimart. Always love Bjork, Radiohead, Ani Difranco, Modest Mouse, Andrew Bird. I just finished reading the Da Vinci Code, currently reading The Rum Diary.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stayed three days out in the middle of nowhere Alaska in a tiny cabin on an island. What an experience!
