As I've just signed up I'll need some time to work out how I can best participate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've not done any "formal" couchsurfing but in a previous life (as the wife of a preacher man) my husband and I had many people stay with us.

Interests

Life! learning about language, cooking, reading, travelling, art house films, hanging out, bush walking, having friends over, hanging out with my kids, learning new things.

Weeping Camel, Working Girl, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Legally Blond, Men in Black - to name a few movies. Music: Pink Floyd, Santana, BB King, Mozart, Elgar. Books: autobiographies, non-fiction generally, some fiction, new age stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've seen was a friend's baby being born. One of the life changing things I've done was a firewalk - it made me see that it's only our minds that hold us back!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help teach English. And I'd love to improve my foreign language skills. I'd like to share what I've learnt about life and the universe and also have others share with me.
