Hey, welcome!
I'm James... I am a writer, working on fiction and also writing for a newspaper and an airline magazine.
I am from England but now living in Hong Kong for eight years~ loving it here, it's the best city in the world, with great outdoors and great city life!
The thing is, I don't drink and I'm not really into bars at all. So if you want a couchsurfing drinking buddy I'm probably not your best choice :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far my only couchsurfing experience was a frantic phonecall from a friend who was due to stay on someone's couch in Hong Kong but they had cancelled on her at the last minute... so could she stay with me? Haha. BUt I figured there must also be plenty of good ppl here, and I also thought, since I have a central place and a couch, I should offer it up some time. It's the Christian thing to do, right?

Well, I'm a professional writer so maybe can help there. And I'm always interested in people, their stories, why they did or do the things they do. I would like to learn more guitar chords if any surfer can teach me that's good. I'm a very slow learner in this respect.
