ABOUT ME

I like traveling, and talking to people that are visiting. Meeting people in general, really.

I study History and Computer Science. I sail on boats. I live in Queens, but spend most of my time in Manhattan as I work and go to school there. I have a fairly broad knowledge about Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

Interests

I enjoy going to shows, traveling whenever I can, going to bars, visiting museums, learning accordion, sailing, sardonic humor, long winded conversations.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies by Michel Gondry, Kurosawa, Joss Whedon, Kubrick, epics, indie films, sci fi, fantasy, old movies, but a sucker for melodramatic stories. There's a plethora of good movies and these lists are often tediously long.

Punk, soul, jazz, hip hop, opera, ABBA, klezmer, gypsy bands.

Classics, Historical fiction, Historical non-fiction, Fantasy, Sci Fi, Fairy Tales, whatever Vonnegut or Heller are.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The New York skyline is something that is breathtaking, but I eventually got used to it, working on the water.

A serene moment I had just sitting and enjoying Le Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris. It was a simple pleasant afternoon that I remember years later.

Recently saw the mountains in Colorado. So that was very nice, albeit very hard to breathe.
