CURRENT MISSION

I like to meet anyone and everyone, especially people who can teach me something! I love the ocean and spending time on hikes. My obsession is using random pieces and parts to build other objects, (clock parts, circuit boards, etc.) I am very creative!

ABOUT ME

I love anything creative. I love to write and sing, draw and sculpt, and walk and talk. I am very easy to become friends with, and rarely have disagreements with anyone. I am a legally ordained minister. I have a smart mouth but I don't go around spouting off at folks. (being honest) I am never going to be the type of person who is confrontational, I find ways around that easily. I do not drink or do drugs, however I do smoke cigarettes. (hand rolled due to the cost, $10 a pack are you KIDDING me?!) I have a couple of surfboards that I try my best to ride often, I am 100% up for anyone looking to teach someone to surf better. I have been screen printing for 6+ years and LOVE the art of printing. Anything else, just ask!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never formally couch surfed on this site, however I have been on trips to Chicago, Wisconsin, Maryland, Nashville, Florida, and other states staying with friends or just sleeping in the car. I was in a local band in Mississippi and we hosted many other people at our practice space, musicians who came into town to play without a place to stay always stayed with us.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

Any book by Truman Capote, especially "Other Voices, Other Rooms". I love many movies, but only watch Netflix, I mainly watch shows like "Build it Bigger" "Tough Fixes" "Dirty Jobs" "Big!" "Mythbusters" and "How it's Made". Mainly all Discovery Channel and Science Channel shows.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My greatest accomplishment (other than my beautiful 6 year old daughter) is driving on a Friday to go to a mass camp-out in Berlin, Wisconsin for one day and night just to turn around and drive back to Mississippi on Sunday, all with only $30 in my pocket.

Did you know that many inventions originated in Donald Duck comics? The method of ship-raising using plastic buoyant balls, he discovered a molecule before science (can't remember which one), he has an asteroid named after him, he inspired the opening sequence of "Raiders of the Lost Ark" from a Scrooge McDuck comic that has the SAME concept, he even performed the art of "inception" before the movie with Leonardo DiCaprio.
