To get home! Besides that, I'd love to get my Education degree and teach.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 21 y.o. language student from Alberta, Canada studying English and French. Finishing my semester in Lille, France right now. Returning home in June. I hope to start an Education degree when I return and would love to teach English and French as a second language.
I'm interested in meeting new people and trying new things. Broadening my horizons while I'm traveling and studying abroad.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Many people have told me about their couchsurfing experiences and suggested I give this a try. Currently, I am traveling and studying abroad. Right now I can only participate by meeting people for coffee or chat.

Interests

I love music. Play piano and clarinet. Love listening to all sorts. Playing music is on the backburner for now until I return home and am able to play again.
I love the arts. Acting, music, painting... anything new or old. Open to all kinds.
I like meeting new people and traveling. I like to learn about the places I go to and love meeting new people along the way.
School is important for me as well. Want to continue my schooling and work towards a degree in Education.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Anything by Tim Burton and Hitchcock. Like action, thriller, chick flicks, comedies, dramas, docudramas... anything.
Music: Almost anything. Rock, Indie, Pop, R & B, Folk, Blues, Classical, Alternative... I will listen to anything anyone recommends.
Books: anything that catches my eye. Currently reading a lot of French literature and enjoying it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've spent the semester in France and I'm heading home soon. I've traveled quite a bit since I've been here: Parts of France, Germany, Austria, Belgium... I've seen a lot but I don't think it will ever be enough. After this is done, I'd love to return home and enjoy what my city has to offer and possibly show others what my city has to offer.
