First off, I am a Christian. Raised Catholic and converted to a Pentecostal.
I was born in Nigeria, spent my early years in Khartoum, Sudan and moved back to Lagos, Nigeria where I completed my education.
Second key fact about me is I am a foodie. I love to try out new dishes and explore my taste buds. My friends hate that I eat so much and stay so slim hence the nickname, Skinny Foodie :)
I am a lover of all things art- music, novels, movies, paintings, sculptures, photography and fashion (one of the many reasons I love magazines).
Music is my soulmate- I can listen to just about any genre but with just a little bit more of rock music though.
I grew up with the mindset of travelling and exploring the world. I don't get to do so as often as I will love to so I make the most of every opportunity I get.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently having a bit of a dilemma with planning my trip to London. I was supposed to stay with my godmother but the timing did not fit with both our plans :(
So here I am looking for a place to stay that is worth my money and my while (and also for a travel companion as this is the first time I will be travelling 'alone' per say) and then my elder sister (who also happens to be my fairy godmother) and a friend of ours introduce this awesome idea to me.
Problem solved! (I hope)...LOL.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will love to learn Italian. Been mesmerized by the language ever since I watched Eat, Pray, Love.
Currently learning how to play the guitar :)

For anyone interested in learning how to cook my native soup (and we have quite a number of them), I've got you covered *grin*
Note: I have more of an eating skill than a cooking skill however...
