About Me

ABOUT ME

I guess I'm kind of all over the place. Both physically and metaphorically. I grew up in a very diverse setting and I believe it's had a great impact on my personal interests and hobbies. I have a consistent meditation practice, I read at least a couple hours a day, and I love to take online classes. At the same time I am very outgoing and like to engage with strangers. I don't list the countries I've been to because the number is large and I feel weird bragging about it. Im easy to talk to and am willing to always experience new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im new to Couchsurfing, and I think it is a very interesting way to meet new people. I assume you get some solid info, a quality chat, and the added benefit of saving some cash on trips haha!

Interests

I love hearing about local culture, people perspectives on what goes around in their lives, and experiencing new interests and skills. I consider myself a jack of all trades, yet master of none!

Music, Movies, and Books

Almost Everything. I have a 'Never Say No' policy when it comes to books and music, at least!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent the two years, after receiving my undergraduate degree, working and traveling around the world! I was an English teacher in Vietnam, a manager at one of the most popular hostels in Indonesia, I've hiked into toxic volcanoes, swam with sharks and mantas, camped in the Sahara, visited the border of Pakistan, and much more ! I work well with others, and I love to hear about peoples interests and 'what makes them tick.' I believe networking and creating friendships wherever you go is one of the most valuable aspects of going to new lands!

Countries I’ve Lived In

France, Germany, Indonesia, Mexico, United States, Viet Nam
