About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To have my passport pages completely filled with entry/exit stamps

ABOUT ME

I suffer from wanderlust and always have the itch to travel somewhere new. I just came back from a recent trip to Colombia. A beautiful country, great beaches and quite relaxing. I work in the DC area for an international non-profit. Nice thing is I get to travel for work to places off the beaten path in Africa. I like exploring, learning and meeting new people in the area who are laid back, easy going and realize that all things in life are really funny.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is funny! No matter how serious it gets or stressed out from it, there is always an element of humor to be found. I try not to get bogged down by the serious nature of this town and try to keep it light hearted, fun and playful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a spontaneous roadtrip through Laos. Never expected to be on a tiny motorbike driving through a one lane road. The green hills, small towns and feel of the country was just delightful. The country is quiet with tourism slowly growing over the years. There is so much beauty despite a rather hidden history during the Vietnam war. A truly great place to visit.

Teach, Learn, Share

For my job, I put together a lot of proposals, budgets and design public health programs. Happy to share any tricks of the trade.
