understanding the Japanese culture & language (long way to go)
I am a 26-years-old biology student from Berlin and at the moment I am working on my master thesis and thinking about what to do afterwards. I am very interested in the art of cinema and music - my heart beats especially for electronic music.
At the moment I am living in a small apartment in Berlin without a couch but visitors are always welcome (if they bring something to sleep on, haha).
I am enjoying the bars and cafés, the clubs and concert venues of Berlin and am also happy to show youaround if you are visiting. I am gay so you shouldn't have a problem with that (I guess not many people on couchsurfing have though).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been couchsurfing several times in Denmark, Sweden, Tokyo and Korea and got to know some very nice people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Recently the most amazing experience I had was my stay in a Vipassana center in Japan. No talking for ten days, only meditation all day. It was incredibly hard, but worth every minute of it!
