ABOUT ME

I've lived my life too tentatively and by trying to stay within the constraints I've been given. I am trying to make a conscious effort to change that because when you try to conform to someone else's standards, you always end up dissatisfied with life.I had always wanted to travel but have always been rather hesitant. As I look back on my life I realize that in order to truly live I need to take some "risks" and just experience life. I'm usually quiet when meeting people because I'm observing people to learn more about them but after I know someone I can be a complete goofball. I am trying to become more extroverted. Although I'm quiet and haven't done TONS (yet) I am always up for an adventure!

I love to laugh and joke around. I also love music and dancing (I cut a mean rug in my car while in traffic). I don't mind getting lost because I think it gives you an opportunity to see something you normally wouldn't have seen before. I love being outdoors and experiencing what there is to experience.

Ultimately I believe life is too short to not be happy!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a sport, instead of being on the sidelines I'm going to be MVP.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to be able to help with the cross cultural experience. Since I am new to this I want to experience it as a coffee/drink meeting and eventually have a couch to spare. Additionally, I would like the opportunity to surf as well.

I am interested in many things so that saying "jack of all trades, master of none" does apply to me because I am interested in many things. I would love to learn about everything but until that happens, I'll take it day by day and learn as I go through life. I am very interested in learning about other cultures and the world. It would be pretty neat to be multi-lingual.
