ABOUT ME

I am notoriously bad at describing me. Mainly because I find myself to be incredibly dull. You'll have to meet me to convince yourself that I have anything interesting to offer at all.

PHILOSOPHY

The Maori have a proverb "Kaore te kumara e korero mo tona reka" - "The kumara doesn't talk of its own sweetness". I like to think of myself as a kumara. (Actually, don't take that too seriously!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

"Couch surfing" has been around in my family ever since I can remember! I've always known that I can turn up on the doorstep of my relatives, even ones I have never met before, and there will be place for me to sleep. To find a worldwide community who share this kind of hospitality philosophy is kinda cool.

Interests

I'm a tv and movie addict addict. I like to read. And, I envy those adventurous enough to tramp and cycle and experience what the natural world has to offer from inside that world itself.
