I love to facilitate Yoga & Meditation. Also many years of experience working with organic foods and herbal medicines. I have worked at a renowned holistic healing retreat in Florida and have much knowledge to share in regards to healthy living. I love to prepare meals with fresh ingredients and make tea blends for friends! I love to sing and jam! I can share my smiles too.:)
