CURRENT MISSION

Well I have been traveling around most of California for most of my life, made lots and lots of friends and skateboarded a whole bunch. I love coming back to Cali, but I also love exploring new cities on my skateboard, its my favorite thing to do ever.

ABOUT ME

My interests arent limited to skateboarding, I love reading, any beach at all, hiking in the rain, eating bacon, eating vegetables, climbing trees, swimming, eating mangos off the tree, observing different religious rituals of any sort, playing with kids toys and slingshots, not watching TV unless I have to, using apples as a toothbrush, and I never met a beverage I didnt like.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to be kind to anyone who seems to have less than you, and help out however and whenever you can. Intrinsically rewarding activities are preferable to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive been staying on floors, couches, in cars, on roofs, etc for awhile, left home at 17 and am very easy to deal with. I dont need anything more than a floor. Once I slept completely sober on a dining room wooden chair. I prefer to sleep outside when I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Mario Vargas Llosa, HP Lovecraft, John Steinbeck, Mark Twain, William Faulkner. Love the Cunninlynguists and the Blue Scholars. Havent watched very many movies but I love Arsenic and Old Lace, Laurel and Hardy, Citizen Kane, stuff from that era.

Almost dying is an amazing thing I suppose, you certainly see life differently afterwards.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can certainly show you how to skate if youve ever wanted to learn, or show you how to climb a tree. Im also especially good at falling down. I love learning about languages, and letters, and I have very basic linguistic knowledge of some Latin phrases which aid in learning Romantic tongues. Nothing too practical Im afraid, but Im not helpless in outdoor situations either.
