Married with grown children. When not at work, you can find me outdoors on a run or cycling. Love healthy food,fine wine and new experiences. Taking classes at the local college is a hobby that keeps my thoughts fresh.

PHILOSOPHY

Live from a center of abundance. I believe I am incredibily lucky and like to share that with others.Life is not a dress rehearsal and is meant to be fully lived.

Open to most things, though my focus now is reading for spiritial growth, watching movies to understand the art, not just the plot and I listen to all types of music depending on my mood.
