My friends would tell you that I'm an intelligent and inspiring woman with a big heart who is a loyal friend that they can always count on. I am blessed to be able to do amazing work that I love in several different fields. I'm a psychotherapist and a consultant who works with a wonderful international group of people to help create more life-affirming organizations and communities. I'm also a single mom with three wonderful little boys who keep me laughing and energized.

I'm curious about pretty much everything. I love engaged conversation. My interests range from archaeology to quantum physics, sustainability, community building, integral practice, meditation, evolution of consciousness, parenting, nature, psychology, movies, gardening, aikido...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Camping in a teepee on Vancouver Island and getting up in the middle of the night to go for a walk and seeing the full moon over the mountains and the lake and teepees glowing.

Standing beside the coffin of Peter the Great in the ancient Cathedral inside the Kremlin and listening to an a capella quartet signing with heavenly voices.

Sitting in the bottom of an archaeology trench digging on the last day of a dig on a First Nations site cleaning up what we thought was sterile soil and realizing suddenly that I had come across another layer of habitation. As I uncovered a bare ring of fire-cracked stones, I felt an amazing connection to those people who had sat there on the beach thousands of years ago. The circle contained charcoal that let us date the dig.
