ABOUT ME

I've travelled extensively in SE Asia over the last few years but right now I am enjoying my first trip to Europe - Prague, London (visiting friends), Berlin & Moscow. Very excited! I enjoy the cultural aspect of traveling more than sight-seeing - I can sit on a street corner for hours watching the world go by. I do also enjoy seeing some of the main attractions, of course.

I have travelled throughout most of Australia (did a 12 month trip with my children 10 years ago) so can provide lots of information for visitors.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand new to CS so I have no experience yet. I've met several travellers who have recommended it & it sounds like a wonderful way to connect with people so I am looking forward to trying it out now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the pleasure of staying in people's homes a few times during my travels in Indonesia and Cambodia and they have been some of my best travel experiences.

Interests

Hiking, cycling, skiing, (none of which I can do right now because of knee injury), scuba diving, cooking, good food & wine, partying & travel.
