I was born in Australia and I lived in Bermuda for approximately 6 years and I have been living in New Zealand since then. I have a black belt in the oceania shitoryu union and I teach karate in Dunedin where I live. I also play bass and I have some bands in New Zealand, but my main pursuit is studying physics at Otago university.

I like to meet new people while traveling and a friend of mine showed me couch surfing and I already met some really cool people through couch surfing before signing up!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a lot of different types of music, my favorite jazz artists are Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Charles Mingus and Christian McBride. Other than that I like Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Michael Jackson. I could go on, but it would be a very long list. As for movies, I really enjoyed interstellar, Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer need to make more movies together. I also love Quentin Tarantino movies, or just anything that has good actors/plot.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach karate and sometimes I teach Physics and Mathematics anywhere from primary school level up to first year university (freshman year). I haven't really had the opportunity to teach bass, but I would love to do that some day.
