Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on coach surfing because I believe that it's through meeting the real people who live, work and play in the various places I travel through, that most authentic and eye opening experiences are had. By staying and sharing with these people, I hope to learn a great deal about the people I meet and gain a greater understanding of their lives and culture than I would by simply staying at local hotels. I also find staying with and meeting locals to be great fun!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of rock music including indie, psychedelic, folk and classic. In fact, I like most music in general! My favourite movies are Trainspotting, Pulp Fiction, Interstellar, Sunshine and Mamma Mia the Movie. I generally read non-fiction books on the subjects of psychology and philosophy, but my favourite book ever is probably The Catcher in the Rye.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taught at a school for primary school aged (5-12 year olds) kids with significant physical and intellectual disabilities.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a willing worker, helper outerer, conversationalist, and game participant. I've also got plenty of stories to share and an ear to lend. I'll also take you out for a daily beer and/or meal :)
