About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I quit my office job to keep exploring the world. So, that is what I am doing.

ABOUT ME

Traveling is what I live and work for. I've been fortunate enough to have visited seventeen countries (so far). I've met people from all over the world and love keeping in touch with some amazing individuals. I live in Seoul right now, teaching ESL. If you need advice on traveling South Korea, just ask me! I'm in love with Seoul and South Korea. I love trying new things and making new memories!

I absolutely get my energy from those around me. Nothing makes me happier than being surrounded by friends, having a good time. Whether it's hookah on a rooftop, dancing in a club, or just playing frisbee on the river. I love meeting new people from all walks of life!

PHILOSOPHY

"You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough." - Mae West

Be a memory maker.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My goal is to start getting involved with Seoul's CS community. Unfortunately my apartment is so small, I can't even fit a futon to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First-timer!

One of my favorite travel stories is when I befriended a great group of backpackers in Granada, Spain. Four of us were all going to Seville next, so the two Aussies offered me and a guy from Quebec a ride. I had a blast with them - we rocked out in their little rental car, and had great conversation. They introduced me to canned clams with crackers - not my typical road trip snack, haha. I will always remember them! This is what traveling is about.

Interests

People, travel, food, alcohol, art. In this order. Oh, and always dancing and hiking. Shout out to my family and friends - they're pretty interesting, too. :)

One Amazing Thing I've Done

So many good things. One of my Top 5 moments is celebrating Holi in Jaipur with Indians and Serbians on a fortress wall overlooking the city. Great party, and I've never looked so much like a rainbow! (It's a Color Festival)
