ABOUT ME

EZ goin'. lover of life. open minded and kind hearted. independant and free spirited. a bit shy at first, get to know me and i'm actually the exact opposite. changing the color of my hair every couple months, always trying to be different. friends are everything, they are my family. moving west in a couple of months to southern california for a new start. love trying new things and learning from life experiences. inspired by romance and love and am a deep, passionate individual.

PHILOSOPHY

i think that it is important to be able to step back from yourself and evaluate life as a whole. recognizing what is good and bad, and constantly trying to improve your situation to experience life to its fullest. i think so many people today are losing sight of the beautiful simplicities in this world. we are too consumed with the standards and statistics that we as a society feel we must meet, that we are forgetting the true treasures (which in my opinion)are as follows: nature,
i.e. the birds flying in above, the cottoball clouds in the most perfect of blue skies, the sun on a warm summer day, the array of so many colors that nature provides in the turning seasons of the year. interaction between each others, i.e.
smiling at the the unknown passer by, a mothers warm and protective embrace with child, a couple in love.
self realization, i.e. learning things about ourselves...fears, dreams, hopes, wants, needs, etc. i find in these times there is a wealth of knowledge. that life is simply grand. with the right perspective, we can all achieve greatness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

wow. think i have to many to list. always trying to get to my friends that live in various places in the country(US). if it weren't for couchsurfing i don't think that i would have experienced half of what i have. none affiliated w/ CS though.

Interests

snowboarding, surfing, hiking, bacpacking, anything dealing with nature, photography, travel, music, hangin with people of like mind, inner peace, laughing till my tummy hurts, knitting, stopping to smell the roses, my horoscope...always keeps me entertained, pretty much experiencing everything i can and living life to the best of my ability wherever, however, whenever.

music-i listen to every genre. except country. music is the best the thing to happen to humans.
books-in search of captain zero, the power of now, the art of happiness, and magazines(any thing dealing w/ surf/snow/skate, traveling, health, music and the arts)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

havasupai, arizona, US. i backpacked there two years in a row and it is definately one of my top "zen" places in this life. i plan to make it a lifelong yearly tradition. i recommend it to anyone.
