ABOUT ME

I am a relatively reserved engineer from Los Angeles. I am pretty friendly although it usually takes people awhile to understand my body language.

Interests

I am a private pilot, I fly single engine planes whenever I have time (and money). I also play tournament chess, also when I have time which lately have not had much of. Recently I have discovered how much fun the ocean is and have a new hobby of snorkeling. Finally, coffee is also a hobby of mine. I love good coffee. I have several different types of coffee makers, the French press, AeroPress, Chemex, etc. as well as a good grinder and am currently working on my technique for drip coffee. Once I can produce a consistently good cup of drip coffee I plan to move on to espresso.

Music, Movies, and Books

All things violin, my favorite concertos are Bach (all of them), Tchaikowski, Beethoven, Brahms, Sibelius, and Elgar. I also like Black Sabbath, Guns N Roses, and most rock bands from the 80s.
