I'm a very tall french, guy who just finished his studies !

I grew up and studied in Paris but I am now living in Germany : I was last year in Munich and freshly arrived in Berlin

I like to go there where I am not supposed to be
I like to search a meaning to the world although I am sure I won't find one

I am happy to host or meet people who want to discover Berlin as soon as I have found a room for myself ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My best couchsurfing experiences were in Iran this summer. By climbing up Iran's highest summit or discovering the Iranien hiden society, the strength of the cultural exchange with people who barely see and speak with european people was incredibly high.
Particularly one night with a guitar when our hosts tried to learn us Iran music, and that in exchange we played the western songs which are not allowed on local radio.

Interests

I am particularly keen in trecking, especially in the mountains and I am always looking for new people to go walk with me.
Besides I like all kind of collective sports, so I'm always in for a volleyball / football / ultimate ... game !

I consider cooking a real hobby : I had cooking courses for three years and I am eager to learn other's people tips or to share mine !

I enjoy a lot both music and books.
As for music, I listen to all kind of artists but I could sum it up this way : I dance on electro, I listen to old english rock when walking in the street and I put on classical music when I am at home.
As for books, I read both romans and philosophy. I appreciate a lot french and russian litterature and also German philosophers.

Oh and I like theater a lot also !

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies : The Leopard from Visconti, all Miyazaki movies (Castle in the sky, Howls moving Castle, Chihiro...), Dead Poets Society

Music : Pink Floyd ! But also Queen, Dire straits, Coldplay and Serges Gainsbourg.

Books : I might be Dostoievski most assiduate reader ;) : seriously I think I read all of his books three times at least! Albert Camus and Stefan Zweig are my other favorite authors.
I also like to read philisophy especially Nietzsche and Kierkegaard.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I played tennis with Yannick Noah (sorry for non french people, the guy is very famous in France !)

I wento all down the Potosi mines in Bolivia (500m under earth) also I suffer from chlostrophobia.
