CURRENT MISSION

My one year mission is to... Help my family get ahead with finances by working with my dad to start a business and to grow spiritually by plugging into the local church! then next June I'll head out and start my adventure!

ABOUT ME

I'm not sure what to say here. it's weird to think that you will be judging me based off of this. I better represent myself well! I'm a young guy who is extremely optimistic. I love helping people and enjoy hearing stories. Actually that's an understatement, I wish story time still existed in my adult life. So if you can tell a story well and hold a good conversation I will probably love you. I think there is a section about things I like to door something so I'll get back to basic description of myself. I am a devote Christian and love God. But I don't judge (or try not to, I'm a very imperfect person) and would love to hear about other religions without a debate. But with that being said I do love debating. I just don't think it ever accomplishes anything when it comes to beliefs or opinions. So if you're of a different faith I would love to meet you and hear about your life. Something that might help you understand me a little is knowing where I come from. I hail from a large family with 2 brothers and 8 sisters. We are all best friends and my parents are great. The most important thing to me is my family. The ages range from 28-8 and if that's not weird enough for you we were all home schooled! Ok, you probably saw that coming but I promise you wouldn't know I was a home schooler if you met me in person. hmm well, I don't really feel like writing much more so I'll update this later.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like I'm on a journey to grow to know what this thing called life is about. I try to live with a greater purpose. I think that change is important and I try to keep in mind that I really don't know very much. However, if all I end up doing is loving people and never leaving Greensboro, I'll be ok with that.

I have had no couchsurfing experience yet. I heard about this over two years ago and wanted to get involved but didn't get around to it.

Music, Movies, and Books

These are always changing. for instance, I've been listening to Les Miserables all week. But it's not usually stuff like that, I just need something different right now. I do like to read though but I have a hard time picking favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In September I was blessed to be able to travel around the USA on my motorcycle. I took off work for a month and went to Chicago, Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, Seattle,Bethel church LA, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, New Orleans, and Church of the Highlands. I loved it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I was a youth pastor for 3 years so if your interested in some advice in helping students I have some ideas and experiences. Business is something I would like to learn more of as well as share ideas. If you are in film (any part of it)I would love to hear about your life. I could also help with housing information and how to go about getting the best out of your buck in apartments.
