ABOUT ME

G'daaaaaaaaayy, I'm Jake as you probably already read. This is my first time traveling and I'm a little apprehensive, but over the moon with excitement nonetheless. I got told about this wonderful website by a British backpacker I talked to about their travels a day or two ago... But silly me, leaving everything to the last minute didn't make my account until the second night before I depart for my travels. Anyways, I consider myself to be a pretty chill guy who's generally fun to be around, so long as I get my recommended 8 hours of beauty sleep... I'm a real friendly dude and I can't wait to meet all the fantastically different and beautiful people out there. "Good onya mate!"

PHILOSOPHY

I reckon that the way society is structured today is far from the way we should be living. I take my hat off to the people who keep the system together by slogging away 9-5 for their entire lives. I feel like I've done my time working hard and it's time to kick back and take things easy for a while.

Music, Movies, and Books

Carl Sagan's Cosmos, Lord of the rings, good quality books and movies will do just fine. I listen to almost all types of music but my favorite has to be Oldies like Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The stones, Hendrix, CCR, Crowded House and the list goes on.
