I'm running from London to Amsterdam mid-October as a fundraising effort for my charity, TRC.

ABOUT ME

I am a friendly, passionate and adventurous person. I love meeting people, sharing incredible experiences and always out to help others. I'm a very keen runner and adventure athlete - I wish to see the world by foot. I'm both thrill seeker and lover of a great book in a peaceful place.

I founded The Running Charity, that helps homeless and disadvantaged young people through running and fitness. I have met the most incredible youths that are now doing some awesome things with their lives. I'm honoured to know them. Please have a look at our website - www.therunningcharity.org

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am always on the road trying to get somewhere by foot. I'm constantly raising money for the charity as well as writing a blog. I find the best way is to stay with people that open their homes to you, they are by far the kindest, interesting and most fun to be with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used couch surfing whilst on a run to Wales. Absolutely superb experience. I remember the people I stayed with more then the run itself!

I love to run, hang out with friends, explore food markets on a sunday and read a book in peaceful places.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I took a year out and travelled America. I taught hundreds of kids how to waterski and sail at a camp in New Hampshire. Then had a road trip from the east coast to the west coast of America covering 5,000 miles across 15 states. The most amazing experience I will never forget was climbing Angel's Landing in Zion Canyon National Park, Utah. Half way up the path narrowed to a meter wide with over a thousand foot drop on both sides for about five meters. It was the single most terrifying 10 seconds of my life, however it was also the most exhilarating too. I flew up the second half with all the energy from it. The peak of this mountain is in the centre of the whole Zion Canyon with a breath taking 360 view of miles and miles of canyons. The view from the top beats all the views we had seen from the previous two weeks of hiking all of canyonlands. Simply beautiful.

I have first hand knowledge in start up enterprises and charities. I love helping others find their way either with their career or their fitness. I would be more than happy to help provide more insight in either or both of these. Other than that, I'm a great listener and always up for a good chat.
