Hey I'm Jim. I am trying to move to the area, I just got a job at the Jimmy Johns in Moorpark and am having trouble finding a roommate. If I can't find a place my back up plan is commuting from North Hollywood @ my Aunts house. I am just looking for somewhere to crash out while I continue an apartment / roommate hunt. I am willing to pay $20/night to use a couch+bathroom+kitchen.

I like bacon and whiskey. If I had to choose my favorite moral philosopher I would pick Kant. When I went on a Eurail pass whirlwind tour of Europe with my twin sister we stayed in many hostels.
