To see as much of New Zealand in a month and a bit as poss.
Laid back and easy going, i can come across a bit shy but it doesn't take too long until i cant shut up. I am just as happy sat out in the street with a drink, people watching for an afternoon as i am climbing up stupidly steep mountain in the middle of know where. Always up for an adventure and love trying new things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Only just starting couch surfing and heard about it from a girl in a hostel in Zagreb, thought it sounded like a pretty cool and unusual idea. I don't have a couch available at the moment but wana meet up with people and maybe crash a few couches.
None yet but hope will do soon. Have just slept on the couch of a family that picked me up while hitch hiking to Mt Taranaki but not through site
Interested in loads of stuff, art, reading, water based sports (recently been playing octopush, and especially the environment and geography (lately cold environments hence wanting to do a glaciology based PhD)
Music, Movies, and Books
Like all types of music except for rap which i don't really understand. Recently been into Seasick Steve.
Try to read as many books as possible even the bad ones (i have to finish once i have started it just in case it gets good at the end).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last summer (2008) i was part of a climate research expedition on Mt Kilimanjaro an did not just climb it but spent 3 nights in our own little campsite up by the northen icefield.
