About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See the world. Meet amazing people. Climb!

ABOUT ME

I'm not very good at these...
I laugh a lot! I'm someone who means what they say. I can be blunt, which can be awkward, but sociable. I like listening to what people say, but sometimes I can't stop talking. I'm not sure where I'm going in life, but trying to figure that out. I'll try everything (or whatever I can) at least once. I'm not judgmental (or try not to be). I love to have fun. I am comfortable on my own, but love hanging out with friends. I'm sure there's a lot more that could be said, but it'd be better if you decide for yourself :).

PHILOSOPHY

Smile! (I do try to live my life with a smile on -- it makes things better)

Try things at least once. (how can I decide if I like/dislike or have an opinion on something, if I don't?)

Everything in moderation, including moderation ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I am unable to host at this time, but all of my surfing experiences will help me be a better host when I am able.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My last couchsurfing experience was really great! I was looking for a last minute place to stay in Trieste, but hadn't found anyone. I had just gotten off the plane and was waiting by the bus stand when I met a fellow couchsurfer. We struck up a conversation and I learned that he had been staying with a very amiable person in Trieste. He got me in contact with his host who was unable to host me at the time, but had a friend who could. It was quite an adventure, but made some very interesting friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Honestly, I'm amazed by most things even the mundane.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that everyone who thinks about traveling or doing something different with their life should travel! I have never regretted a trip I've gone on whether or not it was the "right" time. You learn a lot about yourself and more often than not it surprises you. Don't live vicariously through others, do what you can with the time that you have. It's your life after all.
