ABOUT ME

Two of my main passions in life include my work as a circus entertainor and also learning about other cultures through my travel experiences. When im at home i love to show visitors around our local area which i have come to know so well over the last 20 years. I enjoy outdoor sports such as hiking, camping and cycling and also relaxing in the evenings with a good conversation. Im quite an imaginative person but also well organised.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was introduced to couch surfing very recently but the idea is very apealing to me. I am currently travelling around New Zealand and hope to learn more about this beautiful country by meeting some local people. When I return to the UK my couch is always open to my new friends around the world. I would hope to offer the same opportunity to other travellers introducing them to my local town, countryside, history and culture.

Interests

In addition to outdoor sports my interests include performance arts such as theatre, street entertainment and live music. I play the guitar and recently learnet to play the digeridoo something i would like to continue progressing with. I love making things from stone and wood and always admire a good peice of craftsmanship. Working with children always sends me home with a smile, something i always share with other people.
