About Me
CURRENT MISSION
The world is big and I want to have a good look at it before it gets dark.
ABOUT ME
I just wanna be playing outside as much as possible. Snowboarding, fishing, hiking, camping, etc.
I live in a studio with an extra twin bed up the landing and a leather couch. It is what it is.
PHILOSOPHY
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'll bring the chocolate and good demeanor. I am pretty transient so if I have a solid place to stay I am more than welcome to provide a place to crash in this beautiful little mountain town!
I also hosted a kick ass human (Gabe) who ended up winning the snowboarding Sick Bird award in the Subaru Freeride series here! Bad ass.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've lived with various individuals from NC, CO, and CA through the WWOOF organization!
Through the couchsurfing website I've made amazing friends in Eugene, OR. And plenty more amazing humans all throughout CA, OR, and CO!
Interests
Farming, snowboarding, reading, writing, fishing, learning the mandolin, live music.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a deep love for any music with some soul. As far as books go -- I love it all. But if you want to get specific anything by Modest Mouse, Local Natives, Chuck Palahniuk, Jack Kerouac, Charles Bukowski...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ran away from a crazy organic farm in California with my best friend and an English chick we had just met and hitch-hiked over a thousand miles up to Astoria, Oregon.
Found a free ride from Portland to my hometown in Michigan... the man refused to let me pay for my hotel or gas so I made it across the country in three days without spending a dime... with a complete stranger and a puppy I bought in Oregon. Amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an upbeat, talkative young lady. I can cook a little, bake a little, write, and am very adventurous. I hope some of my spirit can rub off on those I come into contact with!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some witty conversation, I hope.
