Overview
About Me
I recently graduated and work in theatre (primarily scenery and electrics), and I desperately want to travel the world. Unfortunately for the childlike optimist in me that jumps at the chance to explore, I am a realist at heart BUT my little optimist delights at the opportunity to couchsurf.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel and don't always have the monetary funds to do so conventionally. Couchsurfing is the perfect alternative!
Interests
Greco-Roman history, hiking, climbing on really big old rocks, camping, kayaking--in general, living out the rest of my days as Indiana Jones. Conversely, I like exploring new cities and cultures. I dabble in cooking as well.

Music, Movies, and Books
I just read The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. It may be the best piece of fantasy fiction I've yet to read. I know all the lines to Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. ABBA is my jam.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm tickled pink that I haven't fallen to my death, been robbed, or froze to death for the sake of adventure. Once I took a beach stroll from Tarifa, Spain to Baelo Claudia (super cool Roman ruin) and slept in a cow's hay in a field overlooking the ruins.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love couchsurfing for the joy of challenging myself to be social and making random connections. I'd also love to cook and regale you with stories I couldn't make up if I tried.
