ABOUT ME

I was born and get my degree in Thailand, i work and live in Taiwan for 15 years. Due to my work, i have to travel around Taiwan and Asian countries. I become a vegan since I learn and follow the prictice of Chan Monastery's teaching. I am happy to be as it is. Typically, i visit my parents in Thailand on Lunar New year, every year and traveling and seeing the ruins in Thailand around 2 weeks. I love traveling and see the world, be friend with the people who is friendly , believe and interested in the balance of body and mind.

Life is a jouney. The purpose of our lives is to be happy.Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own action. Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace. The ultimate source of comfort and peace is within ourselves.(Dalai Lama)

as i was young,i dream of travelling around the world , after i graduated, i worked hard for years,saving for a Europe trip.

A friend suggested that I can save the cost of lodging by couchsurfing. Tthis 2 years, even i visited Europe twice i was not success to be a surfer at any couch yet,

Interests

There are a many many many beutiful places in the world. I beleive when we walk into the different cultures and meet up the local lifestyles,our minds will be easily more open and viewpoint will be much wider. Like the chinese says, traveling ten thousand miles is better than reading ten thousand books.

Music, Movies, and Books

I watched a lot of movies in English class with friends on every Sunday morning. I admire and enjoy all kind of music more than pop(ex:Yanni,Omar,Nicholas Gunn,Classic,Chinese,Asian etc.) Buddha teaching and Sutras books are my favor. Also other historical or medical topic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Touched! every time, I visited a new country and experienced the local cultural and tasted of local life style. It is amazing to have a cultural and friendship exchange.

Teach, Learn, Share

At the beginning of living in Taiwan, I did not know much about chinese culture. Years later, little by little, i met a lot of local friends who introduced me how to read and learn chinese people from historical books, I found that their cultural life style and the way of thinking is not much changed. The big change is only the technology and the new architecture construction circumstances.
