I am a teacher and mother to two teenagers. My son is in college and my daughter is in high school. I have been an educator for over 20 years and have taught English, Composition, and Literature at the high school and college levels.
I am also an entrepreneur and I'm growing my life coaching business in my spare time.

If I can't come out to the world very often, then I can let the world come to me. I want to teach my children that the world is much larger than Texas and the USA. I want them to experience the generosity and diversity that is part of this world we live in and to offer it as well.

I believe in the power of language and the richness that life has to offer especially when making connections with other people. I am on a quest of spiritual transformation. This quest has led me to learning about quantum physics, alternative methods of healing, and entrepreneurship.

I don't have a favorite type of music. At the moment, I listen to music for meditation and spiritual connection.
The movies I am watching are documentaries about new ways of looking at the world and that show individual's journey of transformation.
The books I read are those about energy healing modalities, especially those I can use in my life.
