ABOUT ME

Hey, first I want to say: I am new here, so I do not exactly know how it is running here with couchsurfing. But I will do my best to give you further informations.

I think they would say i am a person who is always doing something. Nothing important, but i hate it to be quiet. But I think it is positive, because it is one part of my open-minded character. I have to do something with things around me, and so I love to interact with new persons, too.
I am a very active person, who loves to try new things. - Only with new meals is it difficult ;-)
I think, they would call me a person who is always laughing. I love to make jokes, about everything. So about other persons (in a friendly way of course), but about myself too.
And I am very good in making other people laugh.

My friends would say, I am sometimes a little bit confuse and sometimes I need a little bit longer than other persons, but normally it is funny for the others, I can laugh about it too.

PHILOSOPHY

I think the life is splitted in three parts - Having fun, working (for having fun ;-) ) and family and friends. I mean fun and new experiences are most important to be happy, working is important for showing responsibility, and family and friends are a seperated part of you. And to found a own family is one more way to happyness!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the moment CS is new stuff for me. I found this page last month and want to use this great posibility now.

In the moment I am in Bolivia, so i cannot host any other people. But when I am back in good, old Germany, i will do my best to give you the posibility to live a short time in one more great country. I mean, travelling is one part of seeing new persons - hosting the other one!

Nothing, only working in my profile, hahaha. :-)

But I heard some funny and interesting CS-stories of and by my friends in the last time. Stories, which are good enough to make my own CS-experiences!

Interests

I finished the german school last year, so now it is the time, where I have to decide what I wanna do later.

I started to lead a youth group when I was sixteen, and i felt that I love to work with (older) children.
So i want to study being a techer in Germany, but before I will start my second theory-period after my school-time, I want to see the world, to do something active. So I decided to work as a volunteer in Santa Cruz, Bolivia for nearby one year.

Normally I love doing something with my family and my friends, but I think, that is normal for nearby everyone. ;-)
So I love to play Badminton and Volleyball. I played Badminton for more than 5 years, but I had to stop for 2 years because I hurt myself really bad. But when I am healthy again, I will start playing again!
I never played Volleyball in a team in Germany, but in Bolivia I joined a group and I love it. But it is new for me, so I cannot write so many things about it. ;-)

And, of course, I love travelling. With our without friends, that is not important. But to see new cultures, learn about human-being and realize the different lives of people is great!

And I love to walk in the mountains. The feeling to be free, the adrealine at difficult ways or climbing-tours is one of the best feelings you can have!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a movie-freak! There is nothing else to say!

I know a lot about movies, I love to search for new informations behind the movies.

Some of my favorite movies are:

American History X
Fight Club
Princess Mononoke
Koyaanisqatsi
Jarhead

Music.. hmmm, I love Rock. Rise Against, Bad Religion, 5Bugs, 30 Seconds to Mars are only a few of my favorite groups.
And since I am in Bolivia, I started to hear a lot of Reggaeton (Calle 13, Don Omar) and Reggae/Latin Ska (La abuela coca, La vela puerca).

The only thing I really do not like is Techno-music. And this means all kinds of techno music. ;-)
Only minimal can be very great.

I love to read! Okay, I have to say in the last time it was very difficult for me to read something - No time, a lot of work and a new country: bolivia.

But normally I love to read Thrillers and Fantasy, these both categories are great!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of my best moments in my life was, when I realized that it is sure that I will go to Bolivia. I never was in South-America before, but I love Oceania and South-America so much. I cannot describe it, but it was totally new for me, but in such a positive way!

Teach, Learn, Share

Normally I meet people who are similar to me, similar hobbies and similar lifestyle.
But I like to meet other people too! The only important thing is that they are open-minded persons!
