My flatmates and I have been hosting couchsurfers for the past 3 months and it has been an amazig experience with each person to date. I want to keep 'em coming until I go on my epic roadtrip at the end of summer!!
I was a bit hesitant about couchsurfers at first by my flatmate Roxy has been doing it for years so I trusted her judgement. IT. IS. AWESOME. I love meeting new people and making new connections.
I am a writer. I write about sports to make a living and narcissistic nonsense for fun. I write a lot of music for the band I play in and a lot of people who stay here ends up on the guestlist to our shows!! (No pressure of course. If you have an agenda, by all means follow that bad boy).
Live your life so you can live your life. Redundant? Yeah. But honestly, are you living YOUR life if you're doing something you're not enjoying just to make ends meet? Take chances, make connections, but most of all, enjoy the ride whether you're on a bike, in a car, on a plane, on a train or on two feet...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I haven't had the pleasure of traveling on the site yet, but so far I've hosted four different groups or individuals in this beautiful city I call Oakland. Each experience gets better.
Reading. Food. Playing music. Listening to music. Rock climbing. Beer and whiskey. What else does a 24 year old like?
