ABOUT ME

I am 22 female who lives by myself with two cats. I work at the cafe in the same building that I live in and go to school across the street, off and on. I love people, and reading, and new experiences. I am also one of the few people you will find who live in Terre Haute and actually like it. I believe that enjoying anything is 95% what you bring to it.

I can't get verified yet because I do not own a credit card or debit card. I use the credit union not the bank and have never signed up for this service although I am going to now just so that I can be a verified couch surfer!

PHILOSOPHY

i am here to squeeze the most that I can out of this thing called life and help other people do the same. To quote Ambassador Delenn from Babylon 5 "we are the universe trying to figure itself out" I hope that my experiences can help with that, however that works out.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Someday I will travel places and then I will want to stay on someone else couch. To make me a good couch surfer I should experience the other side, don't ya think? I do so my house and my company is available for anyone who wants it. I must admit though that my apartment is tiny and not the nicest but it's clean and located right downtown so it's convenient as well. I do not have a car so you are left to the abysmal public transportation system in this town, but I do live only a block from the central bus station!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never had an experience with this program, but I have spent some time living on other people's couches and have frequently let friends live on my couch for a month or two at a time and it was always a positive experience.

Intereses

WOW! list anything I am interested in. That can't really be done I am interested in most things.

I am very interested in food, books, people's personal philosophies, religion, things such as that.

Music,
I like music, any music made by people. I am really listening to a lot of Modest Mouse and Flaming Lips right now but I go through phases quickly.
Movies,
I have a hard time staying awake for these, but I like science fiction series, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica. I also like movies like Little Miss Sunshine, and Waking Life, and comedies. I'll watch anything once.

I love my books. I will read just about anything some all time favorites are The Chess Garden, The Golden Compass series, Anything Vonnegut (he's my hero, .....
