About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Making Jayride.com the best travel network in Australia and New Zealand. Check it out!

ABOUT ME

I'm a web geek. But also a travel geek. What to do? Make a travel website! So I did. www.Jayride.com is a social ridesharing website for Australia and New Zealand... I've been at this game for bout 6 years now and still learning.

In the meantime I did a whole bunch of travel. All around NZ, all around South East Asia, all around South Asia (India, Nepal). Most recently to the Canada and the United States.

Got plenty of travel stories to share!

PHILOSOPHY

Be bold.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to share a couch actually... I've been wanting to get into this but only ever lived in tiny studio apartments. Now I have a separate lounge room I'm keen as!

I also hope to try and help people out on the rideshare boards, cos that's the thing I'm most passionate about.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Best mate is a legend couch sharer, and have been good friends with surfers on my travels, just never got around to joining... until now!

Interests

Ridesharing, Hitchhiking, Developing countries, Hitching in Developing Countries, Beaches, Sun, Cocktails, Late nights and early mornings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm going to have to come back and think about this one... can't do it half assed.

Teach, Learn, Share

Kiaora is Maori for Hello.

Jao Pen Khon Coi is Lao for You Belong to Me (the kind of thing you might say to a lover)

Ridesharing reaching sustainable mass is an acheivable goal! In the future we won't be able to live without it.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Canada, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Laos, New Zealand
