ABOUT ME

I used to play keyboards in a circus for living.. used to travel all over the US. It got dull after seven years, so I jumped ship and moved to NYC. This move proved my original hunch that New York City is a nice place to visit - but not a place to live. I missed the heat of the southwest, but wanted more than what my hometown had to offer - and since Austin is THE live music capital of the world, it made sense to give it a try. I have never been so happy to be in one place, Austin is definitely where I belong. :)

** UPDATE ** back on the road touring with the circus - couldn't say no to travel :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've crashed with quite a few people in my time, long before this site - or even the internet actually. (I was a free-spirited kid, what can I say?) Nearly all of my friends are people I've met in my travels - all through unconventional happenings..

Interests

Aside from all things music - Volleyball and Basketball are great! I'm definitely a fan of great food - love to cook, though I really don't get to these days. :(

I would like to teach what I know - life experiences, music... what have you. I'm of the belief that if you aren't constantly learning, you're as good as dead.
