I joined couchsurfing back in 2011 and also another hosting community called WarmShowers (which is like couchsurfing but specifically for cycle tourists). At that time I was doing an extensive cycle touring trip around New Zealand and some of Australia so I ended up using WarmShowers a lot and not couch surfing.

I'm a Holistic Health Life Coach. In addition to coaching I also use nutrition and a system called Total Body Modification which is a way to assess the body and do simple and slight manipulations to help clear out blocked energy pathways and help restore optimal functioning of the body.

I've lived all across Canada and abroad. Last year I moved to Montreal and that is where I currently reside.

I love traveling, cycling, health, food, volunteering, dancing and, most recently I've gotten into running.

I'm well traveled, well spoken, friendly, considerate and really enjoy meeting new people.
