i wander and wonder. i use these experiences to write, to build, to play...

i have a few ideas and i'm eager to learn more.

i dance elegantly in darklit corners of crowded nightclubs in faraway lands.

i'm a bit rough around the edges but i'm canadian and i'll figure it out.

the laughs don´t stop... mostly at myself. i'm a great conversationalist when i know what i'm talking about and fun to instruct when i'm clueless.

i´ve spent my life wisely making foolish enough choices to have stories to share, and scars to show, and to be eager to hear what you´ve done with your lives and what you plan to do next.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

just figuring out my place in this remarkable project. i found out about this site in brazil from a travelling french woman.

i take each as it comes and i'm open to considering whatever the wind blows into range of my doorstep.

i'd like to explore, on my own or through the eyes of whoever crosses my path. i have a couch for whoever wants it. sudbury is in the middle of nowhere but it's a place that most people will pass through on their way to somewhere else. lol.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've never surfed a couch but i'm raking in enough couch-karma to demand it soon enough. in offering a place to crash to couchsurfers, i've had a few great experiences, made a few friends, and one or two that i'll tell you about in person. it's always a pleasure to meet and help out someone who's on a path... any path... so long as it doesn't get worn threadbare like the trail most people take to work and back! and back and back.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

ritual imbibing and the northern lights at the arctic circle after my car exploded four hundred kms from anywhere. spirits in the tundra!

altitude sickness in the andes on the trek to machu picchu.

ruins across the world.

strange glimmers in people's eyes. gnomes, dragons, enchanted queens.

i like falling (skydiving, hang gliding, flying).... but i DO NOT like hitting the ground. ask my shattered ankle... quietly, it still hurts.
