About Me

ABOUT ME

I am fun to be around, and I'm a people person. I like to connect and communicate with others. I enjoy finding ways to bring good ideas into reality.

Interests

I'm an artist and an activist. Theatre is my art form and my activism is usually connected to protecting our fresh water cycle. I work for Mountain Justice to END Mountain Top Removal Coal Mining because it is so very stupid. I love festivals and work at the Bonnaroo festival playing with festival goers and doing natural building demonstrations. I'm a mom. My youngest is 13 1/2 and my oldest is 25. I teach theatre, performance of literature, public speaking, advocacy and debate. I like to swim and camp and play guitar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most wonderful place I lived was Taos, New Mexico. I had a theatre company there with lots of love and support.
This past Winter Solstice, my friends in Asheville, North Carolina put on a staged reading of my play, Robin of the Forest and had a wonderful celebration!
I lived at the Cerulean Ranch for 2 1/2 years with about 14 amazing people who enjoyed sharing music, writing, art, and fires.
