Über mich
CURRENT MISSION
Nourishment of the body and mind
ABOUT ME
I'm a goon and I typically enjoy this aspect in others. I have a need for movement and travel and I am most stimulated by meeting others and engaging in conversation, dancing, and delicious beer drinking. I am very sensitive about the commonly accepted form of socializing that involves shaming others. If you are witty, I will want to be your best friend.
PHILOSOPHY
I would like to share and listen, should we meet in person.
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I participate when I am feeling totally bummed out about the thought of spending a lot of money to purchase a hotel room view that consists of a plethora of 90's salmon and turquoise floral art. Rather, I participate at the exciting thought that my view could be a very intriguing and welcoming stranger's face with unique mannerisms to go with it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am very new to couch surfing. I did it in Montreal, Quebec and have hosted couch surfers three times with my sister in Wellington, NZ. Always a great experience.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
I worked at a wilderness therapy retreat for 6 months as a field guide. I sat with my group of starving kiddos in the snow, blizzard conditions around us, as we all stuffed our frozen oranges and tuna packets under our armpits in hopes that they would thaw within our allotted time to eat. Ah, I love it!
Lehren, lernen, teilen
Teach: the boot dance, if it is a cold night or you need a second wind
Learn: how to have faith and trust in other humans.
Share: everything. I am a huge believer in community; however, I have intentionally worked for years to understand the balance and boundaries of gifting and receiving.
