my current mission is to get a job that will put me in with the 1%. it looks comfortable up there.
I am very easy going and i love good humor, even if it's directed at me. I love being outside in nature walking around, hiking up mountains, taking picture, looking for interesting rocks and minerals or whatever curious finds might be around. I enjoy reading, watching movies, talking to (interesting) people. I generally avoid loud activities or people (unless they are funny, but then only in moderation). I am very respectful of other peoples privacy and belongings.
Try to enjoy life, admire nature, even if it's just a patch of weeds, spend time with good people, figure this out, laugh, make others laugh.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have only had one CS experience so far. I went to a CS potluck in Edmonton. Everyone there was very friendly and people were from all over. I was nice to meet some people, as i know nobody in the area.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been face to face with a bear, had eagles fly out of the trees so close they touched me on the way by, recently had 5 owls hunt all around me while i sat in my truck reading, climbed a 5.11 cliff in the desert, got stung by a scorpion (it was not that bad!) lived on the top of a mountain in the Canadian wilderness in winter, found a little gold while gold panning, and lots of other stuff that probably wouldn't sound that interesting.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like learning from anyone who knows a subject well. It does not matter what the subject is. More important is that the person is passionate and enthusiastic. I love to hear about peoples hobbies, travels and such.
