ABOUT ME

I live in Drake, Colorado which is halfway between Loveland and Estes Park. I'm lucky to live in such a beautiful area, but I know there are many other amazing places to visit and people to meet on this planet. I'm hoping that being part of Couch Surfing will facilitate that.

PHILOSOPHY

Do no harm to others and pursue your own version of happiness.

I just made that up, but it fits my outlook pretty well. I think we all have to do what's right for ourselves while always keeping in mind the welfare of others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't really participated yet. I'd be willing to host sometimes, though the cabin in which I live is slightly off the beaten path. Of course, that may be a positive for some people.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I love all three. I tend to listen to music much of the day, everyday. I like all kinds, but The Oh Sees and Jose Gonzalez are two of my favorites right now.
I always have at least one or two books going. I recently finished Anna Karenina and am reading The Bone Clocks by David Mitchell right now.

I enjoy movies of all types from sci-fi and indie. to documentaries, drama and historical period pieces.

Yes to all three. I'm at a point in my life when teaching others might be a good idea. Learning never stops, and it's fun. Sharing is always better than not.

A great location in the foothills of the Rockies, a spot on a comfortable couch, fold-out, or air mattress, an intelligent guy curious about your travels, and good (or at least strong) coffee on the morning.
