Hey there, I'm a 25 year of Scottish girl about to start my second year of being on the other side of the world. I grew up in a small village, lived in the beautiful cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh before deciding to see a wee bit more of what the world has to offer. The main thing I've learned so far is that people are generally lovely and I do not deal well with the heat :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to see a different side to travelling, it's something I have never done before but seems to be really popular in where I am going for my next trip- New Zealand.

I love meeting new people, I think it's one of the best parts about travelling and there's something quite comforting about staying in a home away from home.

Interests

I'm interested in books, films, people, history, how peoples minds work/why we act the way we do. I love exploring new cities and places- I always feel a wee bit chuffed with myself when I don't get totally lost my first time in a new place!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am scared of heights and I managed to do a sky dive- the fact I tried to get back into the plane is neither here nor there! I managed it!
