ABOUT ME

I am 39 years old, and I live in Virginia with my dog, Lilah. I have been traveling for the past year, seeing the country, mostly the west coast. I am a lover of meditation, stillness, genuineness, and truth seeking. I love deep conversation. I am also a musician (I play violin and guitar), but I don't have a band currently. I spent five years working for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, with homeless veterans. I left in order to change my life and career. Now I am still in "exploration mode."

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in being as loving and present as I can with other humans and myself. I think the capacity of the human being is fantastic and beyond what we think we are. I am always striving to enjoy things more and help others to enjoy their lives and love themselves.

Books: Adyashanti The End of Your World, Chogyam Trungpa The Myth of Freedom, Any Thomas Merton, Nisargadatta Maharaj I Am That...Fiction: SO many, I am working my way through the Jack Reacher series right now.
Movies: Lord of the Rings, Braveheart, The Wrestler, Million Dollar Baby, Man on Wire...to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
